named to All-state teams

GUNNISON—Football players at Gunnison Valley High School have racked up some recognition in the state and region, according to Jack Pay, head football coach.

In the state, Isaiah O’Neal was named to the 1st Team All-State, Mike Hansen was named to the 2nd Team All-State and Kris Edwards was Honorable Mention All-State.

In the region, O’Neal and Edwards were named to 1st Team All-Region, and 2nd Team All-Region honors went to Hansen and Dallin Jackson.

The following were given Honorable Mention All-Region: Ty Hill, Parker Judy, Wyatt Young, Hayden Booth, Alex Holder, Caden Madsen and Thomas Yardley.
