1. Take care to prepare your content. Read through it multiple times and have someone who knows the subject of your notice proofread for spelling of proper nouns, etc.
While Messenger staff will read through and correct obvious spelling, grammar, and punctuation mistakes; the accuracy of the notice relies heavily on your original submission and your knowledge of the person/people mentioned.
2. Email notices@sanpetemessenger.com and include the following:
- The dates you want your notice to run in the paper (use the Wed. from each desired week)
- The papers you want your notice in (Sanpete Messenger, Gunnison Valley Gazette, or Both)
- Your phone number so we can contact you with questions or clarifications
- The text of the notice, clearly delineated in the body of the email or as an attachment
- Any images as an attachment
3. Call (435) 835-4241 to confirm receipt, make payment, or with any questions.
