MANTI—The local dance group, “Children’s Performing Arts Company” is giving two evenings of musical performances at the Eva Beal Auditorium at 7 p.m., on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 12, 13.

Tickets will be $10 each. Three groups from the Manti group will perform, as well as Manti High and Gunnison Valley High theater groups. Diane Hagemeister, director of the Manti groups, says they are able to perform these numbers royalty free because of a partnership with Music Theater International (MTI).

MTI is celebrating local theater for schools and theaters around the world. There will be over 5,500 performances, in 2,500 schools and theaters, in more than 40 countries and all 50 states.

Members of Children’s Performing Arts Co. dance and sing “Seize the Day” from Newsies for upcoming musical revues on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12 and 13 in the Eva Beal Auditorium in Manti.
