Notice Submission Instructions
Prepare your content carefully.
Read through it several times, and have someone familiar with the subject proofread for correct spelling—especially of names and proper nouns.
While Messenger staff will correct obvious spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, the accuracy of your notice depends largely on your original submission and your knowledge of the person or people mentioned.
Submit your notice (choose one):
- Online form (preferred): Submit via the form here: Notice Submission Form
- Email: Send to notices@sanpetemessenger.com and include:
• The dates you want your notice to appear (use the Wednesday date for each desired week)
• The paper(s): Sanpete Messenger, Gunnison Valley Gazette, or both
• Your phone number (for questions/clarifications)
• The full text of the notice (in the email body or as an attachment)
• Any images (attach separately)
