ANAHEIM, Calif.—The Snow College Spirit Squad captured three national titles at the United Spirit Association College Nationals last weekend, including a third consecutive championship for the cheer team.

Competing in the Two-Year Junior College Large Coed Advanced Division, the Snow College Cheer and Stunt team posted a final score of 92.6 to defeat Mount San Antonio College, Long Beach Community College, and Connors State College. The winning mark improved upon the team’s 2025 score by nearly three points.

“I am proud of the dedication of this team and what they have accomplished not only this year, but in previous years, “Head Coach Shawn Gubeli said.

The Badgerettes mirrored that success by sweeping the Two-Year College Jazz and Hip-Hop divisions. The dance squad earned an 88 in jazz and an 86 in hip-hop to secure both national titles.

Head Coach Ella Strong credited the victory to the team’s “dedication, resilience, and heart,” noting the athletes represent the college with excellence and integrity.

Both squads perform at home football and basketball games throughout the season. The USA Spirit Nationals has served as a premier venue for collegiate cheer and dance since 1986.
