There will be an open house to honor Donna Vee Sorenson on Sunday, Aug. 1 from 3-5 p.m. at the Axtell Ward Church, 75 W. Center.
All family, friends, cousins and neighbors are invited. She requests no gifts, please.
Donna Vee was married to the late Leland L. Sorenson, and they have a son, Steven LaMar Sorenson (Patricia), who lives in Kanosh, Utah. They also have two deceased babies.
Donna Vee has five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
She and Leland lived in Axtell all their married life, 72 years.
