Araquipa, Peru Mission
Carter Jason Stevenson of Manti, Utah has been called to serve a mission in Arequipa, Peru for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Carter will speak on Sept. 25 at 9 a.m. in the Manti 1st Ward, 90 South Main St.
He will begin missionary training at home for two weeks on Oct. 10, after which he will enter the Provo Missionary Training Center. Carter is the son of Alyssia and Jason Stevenson of Manti and the grandson of Ronald and Freddie Ann Stevenson of Ephraim, and Shirley and the late Fred Frischknecht of Manti.
