Lineal “Gerald” Floyd

      Lineal “Gerald” Floyd, age 80, of Ola, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022 at his home.

      Gerald was born Nov. 8, 1941 in Modesto, California. to the late Lineal Thomas and Louise Gallaway Floyd. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a Marine veteran and a retired sawmill worker.

      Preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Floyd; parents; and brother Fred Floyd.

      Survivors include his sons, Jerry Floyd of Texas; David Floyd of California; sister, Sheryl Ussery of Ola; brother, Greg Floyd of California; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

      Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Danville, Arkansas. Burial will be Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022 at Orem Cemetery in Orem, Utah.
