Marco Asay Davis, passed away on Sept. 11, 2022 from a heart attack while residing at Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Nephi, Utah.

Marco Asay Davis

Marco was born Dec. 16, 1971, to Nola Dutton Davis and John B. Davis in Payson, Utah. He was the second youngest of seven children.

In April of 1988 he, along with his mother, father and younger brother, were involved in a car accident that claimed the life of his father and left Marco in a coma for several months and left him with a lifetime challenge of physical and mental disabilities.

Despite these challenges he was a joyful man. He loved to tease and laugh; and if anyone tried to tease him he would get the last laugh—literally—when he flipped them the bird. He was an outrageous flirt; kissing the hand of any girl he encountered.

He loved San Francisco 49ers football, cars, and bikes. He loved his family and was always his happiest when he got to spend time with them.

Marco attended his freshman year at Manti High School prior to the accident. Later he graduated from South Valley High School in 1994. Marco worked at a lumber yard and Pizza Hut while living in Avalon Apartments in Salt Lake City. He also enjoyed adventures like skiing, bowling and trips to Wendover while living there.

Marco is survived by his mother, Nola; sister, JoVo- na (Lynn) Seely; brothers: Kenferd (Connie); Adam; Zan (Dee); Robert (Angie); and sister-in-law Janna Davis. Marco is preceded in death by his father, John; and brother Larry.

Graveside service and interment were held Sept. 16, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. in the Circleville Cemetery, Circleville, Utah. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti. Online guestbook at http://www.maglebymortuary.com.
