Moroni well being worked on around the clock

This towering drilling rig, owned by White Mountain Operating Co. of Pinedale, Wyo., is located west of Moroni near the former Mud Bogs site. White Mountain is drilling a water well as part of a $3.5 million expansion of the town’s culinary system. Because of unanticipated problems, the company had to plug two previous wells and is now drilling the well for the third time.
