New members installed on Manti Youth City Council

Manti Mayor Korry Soper (far right) swore in a new youth city council on Wednesday, Sept. 21.
“I do know and believe that you guys represent Manti very well, and want you to know how much we appreciate the service that you provide,” Soper told them prior to the ceremony. “As a council and Manti City, we can’t do it on our own. We need your help and assistance. Thank you for what you do.”
Youth City Council advisor Denise Hagemeister told the council, “It’s been my honor to work with many, many young people over the last five years. You have some wonderful young people in this community. They love serving this community, they really love this community.”
