Seth Seymour Ellsworth

                Seth Seymour Ellsworth, formerly of Spring City and husband of Terrilyn Peterson for 26 years, of Moroni, passed away July 24, 2026, in St. George, Utah. 

                Born in Pomona, California, Sept. 8, 1978 to Patricia Holladay and Evan Seymour Ellsworth, he is survived by  his wife, Terrilyn, mother, Pat, brother, Heber James, and sister, Rachel (Lee) Whittaker. Children: Blue, Shara, and Trisha Ellsworth.

                A memorial Wake will be held in his memory at a later date in Orem, Utah.
