
Second Lt. Soren Mark Larson earned the right to become an Air Force pilot. A specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 22-06 held a graduation ceremony at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi.
The 52-week training program begins with a six-week preflight phase of academics and physiological training to prepare students for flight. Lt. Larson received his silver pilots’ wings March 4, 2022, and will be flying the new KC-46 aircraft at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas.
Lt. Larson is married to the former Katelyn Green, daughter of Jared and Tevera Greene. Soren and Katelyn are the parents of two daughters, Amelia and Linden Larson.
Lt. Larson is the son of retired Col. Mark S. Larson and Angela (Keller) Larson and the grandson of Judy Keller.
