Sanpete Sterling Scholars candidates chosen

Sanpete County High Schools have announced their nominees for the 2017 Sterling Scholars.
The nominees will compete in 15 different subject areas and those that come out on top will be the Sterling Scholar winners for Central-Utah.
North Sanpete High School and Manti High School both nominated 15 students, while Gunnison Valley High School nominated ten.
The event will be held March 21 in the Richfield High auditorium, located on 495 W. Center St., beginning with the judging from 1-4:15 p.m., followed by the awards ceremony at 7 p.m.
