The families of Vern Buchanan and Carolyn Ringger invite you to attend a celebration of their marriage and Vern’s 90th birthday. There will be an open house from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Historic Manti City Hall, which Vern helped restore.

Light refreshments will be served. Everyone is invited to attend.
