
For Wesley Dee Nay, 22 of Mt. Pleasant, life was cut short. He was found on Oct. 20, 2016 after an exhausting search from family, friends, community and local law enforcement.
Wesley was born Sept. 25, 1994 to Danny and Connie Alene Leafty Nay in Mt. Pleasant.
Wesley had a passion for drawing, making jewelry, doing tricks on his bike and skateboard. His favorite pastime was taking apart his bike and working on engines. He was the most unselfish person, always helping family and friends. Wesley was always smiling and had a heart of gold. He loved football, swimming, hide-n-seek, staying up late and camping out in the yard.
Survived by his parents; siblings, Ashley Alene Nay, Mt. Pleasant; Kami Nay Brito, Mt. Pleasant; Travis Larsen and Dana Losser and many cousins. Preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ruthy Nay and Alene Wahlin.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Nov. 11, 2016 at 6 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary (96 N. 100 W.) in Mt. Pleasant. Online condolence rasmussenmortuary.com.
