Charlotte Ann Madison Moulton, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 22, 2022 in Provo.

Charlotte Ann Madison Moulton

Charlotte was born Oct. 21, 1937 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Truxton and Lottie Madison. She attended Utah State University, where she met her sweetheart, Eugene Moulton. They were married in the Idaho Falls Temple on July 19, 1957.

Charlotte had many interests that fulfilled her life. She treated her family with utmost importance and treasured the time spent in creating countless memories filled with love and laughter. Island Park, Idaho was a special place to Charlotte, and she cherished spending time at the Madison cabin with family and friends. Charlotte enjoyed being outdoors in nature, finding particular peace and happiness around lakes, rivers, waterfalls and oceans.

Charlotte had a tender heart with a special gift of knowing how to care for others. For several years, she worked as a CNA in the Sanpete Valley Hospital. She spent countless hours in the Manti Temple serving her fellow members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She also found joy in a variety of ways that included acquiring a lifelong love of dancing from a young age, reading, gardening, nurturing numerous houseplants, and spoiling her little dog, Molly.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Eugene, and her children, Laura Packard (Paul), Mike Moulton (LaNae), Lisa Brimley (Kyle), Bryan Moulton (Kara) and Brad Moulton (Amy). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and her loving brother, Richard D. Madison (Jerrie).

To honor Charlotte’s wishes, graveside services were held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at noon in the Ephraim Park Cemetery.
