Cary and Melissa Judy are pleased to announce the marriage of their son, Preston C. Judy, to Chersty Ivins, daughter of Mark and Lynette Ivins.
The couple will be sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on Oct. 19, 2016. There will be a wedding celebration in Gunnison on Saturday, Oct. 15 and a reception on Oct. 19 in Highland, Utah.
Preston graduated from Gunnison Valley High School in 2013. He served an LDS mission in London England, and is currently a student at Snow College. He is pursuing a degree in optometry. Chersty graduated from American Fork High School in 2014 and from Snow College in 2016. She is pursuing a career in nursing. They met while both serving as ambassadors at Snow College.
Preston is the grandson of Fred and Tami Lowry of Sandy/Manti, Ruth C Lowry of St. George, and John and Linda Judy of Heber City. Chersty is the granddaughter of Guy and Norma Ivins of American Fork.
The couple will make their first home in Ephraim, Utah.
