Courtney Syme sworn in as Spring City councilman replacement

Newly appointed Spring City Councilman Courtney Syme (left) being sworn into office by city recorder Kim Crowley during the Thursday, Aug. 5 meeting of the Spring City Council. Syme will complete the remainder of former councilman Joe McGriff’s term, who resigned in July after accepting an employment opportunity out-of-state.
