GUNNISON CITY LIBRARY
The library staff invites all preschool kids to a storytime hour at 10 a.m. every Tuesday in the month of February. On Valentine’s Day, the kids will decorate cookies.
The adult book club book this month is “The Graveyard Book” by Neil Gaiman. Book club is Thursday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m.
Library hours are Mondays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Closed Sundays and holidays.
MT PLEASANT CITY LIBRARY
Preschool storytime is every Wednesday at 11:15 a.m. downstairs in the children’s area.
The library is also kicking off a second storytime Friday, Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. (This will be the regularly scheduled time for this storytime).
Homeschool storytime where homeschoolers can get together for books, art, activities, discussions and treats is every Wednesday at 1 p.m.
Parents are invited to bring their young children dressed in their pajamas to bedtime story hour on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 6:30 p.m. To make it even more comfortable, kids can bring their pillows and a small blanket. The theme this month is “Please Say Please.”
The girls club, for girls ages 8-12, will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 3:45 p.m. They will be doing some Valentine’s crafts.
The boys club, for boys 8-12, will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 3:45 p.m. They will talk about “The Candy Shop Wars” and build a gumdrop tower.
On Monday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. the adult reading group will discuss “The Invention of Wings” by Sue Monk Kidd. Next month’s book will be “Cry the Beloved Country” by Alan Paton.
The T.A.C.O.s (Teen Advisory Council of Students) will host a Valentine’s party on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 3 p.m.
Bookface contest – Get a book cover with a face on it, email it to the library or bring it into the children’s library by Feb. 28. One entry per person. Stay posted for prizes which will be disbursed on March 1. Find a book with a face on the cover, then replace your own face with the face on the cover of the book. EPHRAIM CITY LIBRARY
The library offers preschool storytimes every Tuesday and Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. There will be special Valentine’s storytimes Feb. 14 and 15.
On Saturday, Feb. 11, the library will host a Valentine’s box decorating event for elementary-aged children from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
There will also be a Super Reader party with a visit from a magician at 2 pm. that day.

MANTI LIBRARY
The Library holds a story hour on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for younger children.
There is a free preschool Tuesday and Thursdays, 9:30 -11 a.m. Since there are only 10 spots, enrollment in the preschool is currently closed. If you would like to get your child’s name on the waiting list for next year, sign up at the library.

FOUNTAIN GREEN CITY LIBRARY
There is a story hour for ages 4-12, Mondays at 1:15 p.m. The preschool story hour for ages 2-5, is on Wednesdays at 10:45 a.m.
Regular library hours are Tuesdays 1-5 p.m.; Wednesdays and Thursdays 1-7 p.m. Mondays at Fountain Green City Hall, 260 W. 100 N.
