Linda Fay Minchey Jones

      Linda Fay Minchey Jones of Manti, Utah, passed away peacefully in her home on March 8, 2022, at the age of 72.

      Linda was born Dec. 13, 1949, in Price, Utah to Owen Clarence Minchey and Belva Loreen Sherman Minchey.

      She was married to DeRell Jones on Dec. 16, 1964.  Linda and DeRell made their home in Manti, where they raised their four children.

      She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, DeRell Que Jones; her brother, Owen (Sonny) Wilroy Minchey; her sister, Fawnda Minchey Olson; and her children: Lori D Jones Voshall, Teresa Fay Jones Nelson, Misty Gay Jones Wiley, and Jason DeRell Jones.

      She will be remembered as a loving wife, a tender mother, a devout Christian and a wonderful friend.

      A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 1 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary. Online condolences and live Zoom link at rasmussenmortuary.com in Linda’s obituary.
