Mary Catherine Conrad

Mary Catherine Conrad, beloved wife and mother of five children, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6, surrounded by family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Mary was born Dec. 19, 1965, to Bill and Leila Long. She was the fifth of six children, and she loved animals. She was always so kind to everyone in her life.

She graduated from Rick’s College and then served as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Scotland. She went on to Utah State University, where she studied landscape architecture. She excelled in woodworking and in culinary arts.

Mary had a special glow in her eyes that radiated light to everyone around her. She knew her Savior and shared His light with everyone. She was always serving her family and others in the community.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 19 at 1 p.m. at the Manti Stake Center, 555 E. Union St.
