EPHRAIM – The Snow College basketball teams received several postseason awards, as announced on March 1 by the Scenic West Athletic Conference.
MEN
The men had four players receive postseason honors, including Wyatt Lowell, who was named to both the All-Conference team and the All-Tournament team.
Hagen Wright joined Lowell on the All-Tournament team. In addition, Wright was selected to the All-Conference second team.
Snow College’s Drake Allen made the All-Conference first team, while Chase Potter received honorable mention.




Wyatt Lowell
Lowell, a 6-foot-9 redshirt sophomore from Gilbert, Arizona, averaged 15.5 points in six games this season for the Badgers. He scored 27 points on 9-of-21 shooting in a game against the College of Southern Nevada on Feb. 17. He also had a nine-rebound game against the College of Southern Idaho on Dec. 4, 2021.
Hagen Wright
The 6-foot-5 freshman from Payson averaged 14.3 points a game in six games this season. Wright scored 22 points in games against Utah State Eastern (Jan. 20) and Salt Lake Community College (Feb. 12). He also hit 46 percent of shots in the six games.
Drake Allen
Allen, a 6-foot-4 freshman from Eagle Mountain, dished out 37 assists in six games this season. Allen had 13 assists in a game against Utah State Eastern on Jan. 20. He also closed out the regular-season with a 23-point effort against the College of Southern Nevada on Feb. 17.
Chase Potter
The 6-foot-6 redshirt freshman from Layton scored 92 points in six games this season. He had a pair of 21-point performances against the College of Southern Idaho (Dec. 4) and Utah State Eastern (Jan. 20). He also averaged 6.3 rebounds a contest, including a 10-rebound effort against Utah State Eastern.
The men finished with a 25-7 record on the season and finished second in the Region XVIII tournament, losing to Salt Lake Community College, 95-61, in the title game.
WOMEN
The Lady Badgers had five players earn postseason awards.
Kennedy Eskelson was selected to the All-Tournament team, and received All-Conference honorable mention.
Ashlee Edwards was named to All-Conference first team in the Scenic West Athletic Conference. Passion Reitz was selected to the second team, while Addi Johnson earned honorable mention.





Kennedy Eskelson
Eskelson, a 5-foot-7 guard from Smithfield, scored 13 points in both of the Lady Badgers’ wins at the Region XVIII tournament. She also scored 12 points in the tournament title game loss to the College of Southern Idaho.
Sarah Lange
The 6-foot-3 sophomore from Munich, Germany, scored 10 points and pulled down four rebounds in a 64-56 win over Salt Lake Community College in the Region XVIII tournament. Before attending Snow, Lange scored 13 points a game for her under-18 team – Club TS Jahn Munich.
Ashlee Edwards
Edwards, a 5-foot-10 sophomore guard from Grantsville, played a key role for the Lady Badgers this season. However, a leg injury limited her minutes in the Region XVIII tournament title game against the College of Southern Idaho.
Addi Johnson
Johnson, a 6-foot freshman fro Springville, scored seven points in the Lady Badgers’ 77-53 win over Colorado Northwestern Community College.
Passion Reitz
Reitz, a 5-foot-3 guard, scored 13 points in the match against Salt Lake Community College at the Region XVIII tournament. Before attending Snow, Reitz was a two-year varsity starter at Richfield High School, averaging 10.7 points a game.
