Main Street Roundup brings Western flare to Gunnison Valley

GUNNISON—The Gunnison Valley Main Street Alliance held its second annual fall event, “The Main Street Roundup,” on Friday, Sept. 11. City officials closed 100 South to host the Western-themed celebration, which featured food trucks, laser tag, a mechanical bull, line dancing, vendor booths and a foam pit for children.

Local businesses donated items for a drawing, and country artist Eric Dodge performed a live concert. Festivities continued into the evening with karaoke at the Star Theater and additional line dancing at Building 178.

The Alliance organizes the annual event with local merchants and residents to promote the community.
