Ricardo Rey Valencia, 21, of Centerfield, passed away Jan. 31, 2017 in Gunnison. Ricardo was born Aug. 13, 1995 in Provo, Utah to Mario Valencia and Jennifer Mann Santos. He is the stepson of Jesus Santos and Sarah Valencia.
Ricardo enjoyed music and loved drawing. He loved his family dearly and had a great love of nature. He always knew what to do or say when moments were boring.
He left us early, by our standards, but we know he is watching over us now and awaiting our reunion. He will be loved and missed by all.
Ricardo is survived by his parents; brothers: Andres, Kevin, Edward, Jesus, Juan, Joshua, and Joe; sisters: Kayla and Lilliana. He was an uncle to Taevyn and a cousin to many.
