Lamb Day Sheep Show winners named

FOUNTAIN GREEN—The 2026 Lamb Day Classic sheep show attracted 24 contestants. There were three showmanship classes based on age of contestant and three market classes based on the weight of the lambs.

The winners of the various categories are as follows.

For the senior showmanship category, the grand champion was Preslee Orton, while the reserve champion was Rylan Orton.

In the intermediate showmanship category, the grand champion was Jacie Evans, and the reserve champion Kaizlee Orton.

For the junior showmanship category, the grand champion was Hazel Olson, while the reserve champion was Maddox Orton.

For the pewee showmanship category, the grand champion was Oaklie Jensen and the reserve champion Heston Whiting.

In the market category, the grand champion was Kaizlee Orton, and the reserve champion Preslee Orton.
